A collective offering for expansive possibility from Rev. Micah Bucey and Rev. Elæ Moss Benedetto

bell hooks, 2014

“‘Queer’ not as being about who you're having sex with (that can be a dimension of it); but ‘queer’ as being about the self that is at odds with everything around it and has to invent and create and find a place to speak and to thrive and to live.”

Black and white portrait of bell hooks with braided hair looking towards the camera.

While this space is open to and celebrates queer-identified folks, it is explicitly a space for troubling queerness as a politics/praxis and open to all who wish to experience, explore, and gain some facility in “queering” as a tool/approach to faith and life.
