Sing-In! Songs of Solidarity for Election Protection
Join us in person on Sunday, October 11, from 1–3 PM at Judson Memorial Church for an afternoon of singing, community, and solidarity as we prepare to protect our elections and stand together in the face of continued attacks on our communities.
Together, we’ll learn songs from a new Election Defense album created by Songs in the Key of Resistance (SKOR) and Singing Resistance. These songs are an offering to our communities - music to carry with us into the streets, to polling places, and wherever people are gathering to protect one another and make their voices heard.
We’re gathering ahead of the No Kings! weekend of action, October 16–18, to build community, encourage voter engagement and early voting, and get these songs into the hands and voices of people who can carry them forward.
Bring your energy and your favorite songs or just come to soak up the good vibes and stand together. Let’s make some noise and spread the love through music!
No singing experience is necessary. The event is free, and all are welcome!
