The New York City Homeless Union (NYCHU) meets once a month. NYCHU is an alliance of low-income New Yorkers and the organizations that serve them, dedicated to eradicating homelessness in NY. NYCHU unites to advance policies that create safe and sustainable low-income housing for vulnerable New Yorkers struggling to improve their quality of life, while advancing the power of those who are most impacted by the City's homelessness crisis. We educate and organize to uplift the voice and lived experience of homeless New Yorkers, who are too-often left out of the conversations impacting their lives.
