Give 1/2 hour, 1 hour or 3 hours at their offices. They are asking for Judson to be an allied voice in New York State's marriage equity and transgender civil rights movement.
We need 3 people to make calls to their constituency. Easy, and they give you everything you need throughout the evening. Let's show our Judson colors! Organized by Empire State's Pride in the Pulpit.

Help us make the "Democracy Day" march across the Brooklyn Bridge a success
We need help contacting NYC clergy/faith leaders to get them to join us for the "Democracy Day" march across the Brooklyn Bridge on the morning of 10/19. Idea is, we encourage them to come, follow up phone conversations with an email with the attached flyers. Hopefully, faith leaders you contact will not only come themselves, but promote their people to come as well. Because of this, we're looking to make these calls before the weekend.
Who can help make calls? You don't need to do this from the office, but you're welcome to. Drop mellick23@yahoo.com a line with how much time you have for this, and when I know who we have, I'll divide up the lists appropriately.

WHO HAS A CAMERA? WHO HAS CAMERAS THAT CAN CAPTURE QUALITY PICTURE/SOUND TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE WEB? WHO IS WILLING TO USE SAID CAMERAS IN A COORDINATED EFFORT TO CAPTURE OUR NEXT FLASH MOB ON OCTOBER 19TH, THIS COMING TUESDAY?!?!?
We need you. ALL of you. This coming Tuesday (10.19) at 6:30p, our very own Judson Flash Mob, in partnership with the kids over at the Possibility Project, will be throwing down Lady Gaga style in Washington Square Park with a surprise dance performance of "Ribbons," promoting safe-sex, and yes, even passing out condoms. So come get some, and better yet, contact me in advance to help me put together a good video for us to host up on the Judson website.
IDEALLY, I would have enough confirmed camera people by Sunday for us to have a brief (5-10 minute) meeting after church on Sunday, so that i could assign each of you a place to shoot from, in order to capture not only the dance in all its glory, but also crowd reactions, etc.
