Over the years, the West Village Chorale has been perhaps most at home performing the music of American composers. Under the baton of our Artistic Director and Conductor Colin Britt, this beautifully eclectic program spans early American music and traditional spirituals to 20th century classics by Barber, Bernstein, Copland, Thompson and Whitacre.

Also included are choral gems by Abbie Bettinis and Morton Lauridsen, and the premiere of Thomas Jefferson Peters' "Good-Night," a setting of a poem by Percy Shelley, commissioned by the WVC.

A reception with light refreshments will follow, where we will toast the conclusion of another tuneful WVC season!

Please join us for this beautiful and diverse celebration of American choral music!
